HO - Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Nghiệp Vụ Nhân Sự (Business Analyst)


  • Determining ERP requirement through consultation, analysis of business processes and observation.

  • Facilitate project planning in detail aligning customer expectations, project scope, cost budgets and managing risks.

  • Monitor multiple projects, identify risks and issues in advance and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions ensuring performance as per project goals.

  • Establish effective project performance management system and necessary reporting and ensure execution across the projects.

  • Manage external and internal stakeholders and guide the project teams to execute it effectively

  • Provide support helping project managers to achieve, maintain and improve the project performance.

  • Act as senior management representative dealing with various matters with customers like periodic reviews, escalation management and guiding on project execution.

  • Facilitate change management guiding both customer and teams and initiating necessary support and resources.

  • Help develop or evaluate the solutions proposed to various customers either during the project or during pre-sale process as an expert.

  • Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.

  • Creating ERP training materials, test case scenarios, project documentation and documenting other materials relevant.

  • Conducting ERP training session, UAT, and provide technical support.


  • Bachelor‘s in computer science, information technology, business administration or similar preferred.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years‘ experience working on ERP system, especially oracle fusion product, modules financials (AR, AP, GL, FA,CM) or supply chain (PR, PO, procurement, sourcing, supplier portal, etc..)

  • Broad knowledge of ERP system, business processes, accounting basis and coding languages.

  • At least 4 full-life cycle projects as related level.

  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict management and negotiation skills.

  • Multiple projects management.

  • Multi-culture exposure working with regions and local is necessary.

  • Functional experience - should have worked in managerial capacity in key business function in any domain.

  • Superior analytical, creative thinking, strong computer literacy, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent time-management and planning abilities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English language is a MUST.

  • Certification in project management or ERP system is preferable.
