HO - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)
Job Description:
Recruitment (60%)
- Implement hiring activities to ensure catching up with the hiring targets including departments: Data Analytics, Technology, Digital Banking, Innovation Lab, Transformation Management Office, Investment Lab...
- Manage full cycle all recruitment activities from sourcing to placing (screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references, evaluating applicant qualifications, making offers..)
- Continuously source candidates for technical positions from various channels: Internal Referral; Direct Applications; Job Centers; Online Networks; Professional Network
- Corporate with HRBP/ Business Units to advise types of candidates; talent market; special competencies;
- Enrich recruitment systems/ talent pools;
- Prepare reports on time and correctly;
Sourcing Campaign (40%)
- Deploy soucring project as Technical Freshers, Tech Talk series...
- Maintain good relationships for both Hiring Department (related technology) and targeted universities;
- Propose new idea, campaign to enrich data pool for technology functions;
Requirements:
- University Degree, majored in Business Administration/HR/ Language is preferable;
- At least 3 years of experience as technical recruiter at putsourcing companies or other product companies;
- Able to hire popular vancacies such as: Engineers, Data, Product Owner, Project Manager, Technical Leader...
- Good communication/ interpersonal & planning skill;
- Work well independently but must also work as part of a team;
- Able to perform multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Banking domain is a plus;
