Job Responsibilities and Scope

  • Understand Customer Value Proposition for Affluent customers and help the project team promote those values through Partner’s prospecting activities
  • Work collaboratively across ACB Departments to raise awareness of partners, help secure client meetings for partner capabilities presentations, understand client gaps where partners may be a good fit, and identify opportunities to expand the program portfolio for Affluent Project
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Connected Partners while developing strategies to increase revenue generated from the relationships
  • Facilitate partner onboarding, including but not limited to: Data needs identification, data orders, and ongoing communication
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews to determine how the partner is succeeding, ensuring that our data is being used properly and the revenue share is being paid properly
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence Manager in project team to utilize available data and relevant partner/competitor and industry insights to inform strategy
  • Identify and support new opportunities for efficiencies and best practices with the Partner Development team in Personal finance division
  • Create Program Readout materials to effectively tell a successful performance story for our Programs
  • Serve as liaison between clients, partners, vendors and internal departments to cultivate relationships and create a seamless workflow
  • Effectively communicate ACB‘s value proposition, tools and capabilities to our Partners and develop strategic solutions/proposals that meet project’ objectives

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s degree required or higher
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • 3-5 Years with Commercial or partnership experience developing new clients, partnerships or revenue streams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as PPT, Excel (knowledge of spreadsheet functionality including pivot tables, v-lookups, charts and graphing), Google Docs and Slack
  • Effective at building relationships with teammates and other departments in the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high level of attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills- able to communicate information with clarity and precision across all levels of the organization
  • Highly motivated self-starter and excellent team player who can stay on task with minimal supervision and is flexible to change
  • Strong strategic prospecting and new business development skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
