TMO - Business Intelligent Analyst Manager

Summary: According to the scope of the project, this position will coordinate with relevant departments in the personal finance division, finance and data analysis departments to help identify business issues through In-depth investigation and information gathering of Affluent customer segments and privilege banking members identify business performance issues and find areas for improvement for the Privilege Banking customer portfolio. Simultaneously, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness in the process of implementing business activities on Privilege Banking services and periodically report to the project director/deputy director.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with relevant departments to complete specific business analysis for each project
  • Act as a focal point in proposing data requirements necessary for business analysis
  • Evaluate problems, points for improvement and make recommendations based on analysis results
  • Building management reports, business reports for effective administration for the Project Owner and related departments
  • Monitor system performance and review, recommend, and apply new tools
  • Monitor development and ensure adherence to schedules and timeframes.
  • Collaborate with finance to make impact forecasts based on impact actions
  • Determine pricing policies and the financial effectiveness of those pricing policies.
  • Comply with applicable compliance standards.
  • Comply with Service Standards for Performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Work with relevant departments to complete specific business analysis for each project
  • Knowledge of statistical and quantitative data analysis methodologies. General knowledge of business administration activities, business models
  • Having in-depth understanding of the price/fee model of products in Vietnam‘s Priority Banking service.
  • Analytical skills, planning skills, statistics, data synthesis, business thinking
  • Ability to interpret data, results, analytical reports in business language
  • Skilled in working and communicating with stakeholders, logical thinking, problem solving skills
  • Highly self-directed and self-organized
  • Ability to communicate and operate professionally with all levels of personnel and other departments throughout the organization
  • Familiar with many concepts and practices of the field.
  • Critical Thinking: Can process data in such a way as to make recommendations that require critical thinking

Training and Experience

  • Graduated from university or higher with a focus on Finance, Banking, Business Administration,
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the financial/banking field
  • Minimum 5 years business analysis experience.
  • Experience in building and managing financial models
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SPSS, Python…
