Job Description:

• Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions for ACB, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with bank architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop business strategies that improve customer engagement and retention.
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for CRM solutions, including data mapping, data transformation, and data exchange.
• Work closely with vendors to oversee the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure that the CRM solutions developed are scalable and can accommodate the changing needs of the business.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM solutions, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in CRM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CRM vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with other technology leaders to develop and implement bank-wide technology strategies.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, including data modeling, integration, and customization.
• Experience leading the design and architecture of large-scale CRM solutions.
• Experience with bank-level or enterprise-level system integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with leading CRM solutions, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
• Experience with data governance and data management practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
