TMO - CRM Functional Manager
- Lead the functional design and implementation of the bank‘s CRM system, with a focus on retail and corporate banking, banking processes, workflows, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional standards and guidelines for the development and integration of CRM systems.
- Lead the functional team responsible for the design, testing, and deployment of CRM system.
- Ensure the quality and performance of CRM system, and work to continuously improve them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CRM vendors and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in CRM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risks and issues related to the technical aspects of CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on functional design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM system, banking processes, workflows, and compliance.
- Experience leading the technical design and development of large-scale CRM system.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with leading CRM solutions.
- Experience managing vendors and partners.
- Experience with data governance and data management practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
