TMO - CRM Head Of Business Performance & Analysis
- Lead the analysis to provide data-driven insights that support the bank‘s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop business strategies that improve the bank‘s overall performance.
- Develop and maintain business data models that accurately reflect the bank‘s operations and performance.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement data management and governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the bank‘s performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and industry experts.
- Develop and implement data visualization techniques that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data analysis and management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business data analysis, with a focus on banking.
- Strong knowledge of business data models and analysis techniques.
- Experience providing data-driven insights to support business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
- Experience with data governance and data management practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
