Job Description:
- Lead the technical development and implementation of the bank‘s CRM system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the development and integration of CRM system.
- Lead the technical team responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM system.
- Ensure the quality and performance of CRM system, and work to continuously improve them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CRM vendors and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in CRM, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage risks and issues related to the technical aspects of CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on technical development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, development methodologies, and technologies.
- Experience leading the technical design and development of large-scale CRM system.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with leading CRM solutions, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
- Experience managing vendors and partners.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with system integrations.
