JOB DESCRIPTION
Recommend personnel for key positions
- Conduct a comprehensive survey for cases of appointment, re-appointment, and dismissal of key positions
- Find, evaluate, recommend external and internal candidates to meet the demand for the missing key positions
- Recommend training and development activities to improve and enhance key personnel‘s competencies
Identify and develop potential employees (Hipo)
- Communicate and guide to ensure that units understand and properly implement policies and programs for human resource development
- Consulting and guiding the unit in the classification of talents, identification and development of potential employees
- Consulting and supporting potential employees in identifying career goals, developing and implementing personal development plans (IDPs)
Communication and consistency assurance
- Communicate and guide the unit to uniformly implement the issued policies, regulations and procedures, ensuring fairness and transparency in the working environment
- Consulting, supporting the unit to resolve complaints, internal conflicts and problems related to personnel issues
Ensure the human resource plan:
- Coordinating and supervising relevant units in recruiting, dispatching and arranging personnel to ensure that the units in charge have enough personnel to operate.
- Consulting units to use resources effectively
Collect feedback and suggestions:
- Synthesize and analyze feedback on human resource policies, personnel changes, labor market and propose solutions
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University degree or above majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration or other related majors
- Minimum 5 years working in HR field
- General knowledge of human resource management (recruitment, training, development, compensation, talent management, organizational development, labor law)
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving, presentation, time management and organizational skills
