The Data Quality Specialist is responsible for developing and operating the Master Data Management (MDM) system at ACB to provide a single trusted source of Master Data, ensuring data synchronization and consistency across all IT systems and applications within ACB.

Job Description

• Support business units in controlling input data and standardizing existing data systems.
• Support business units in defining data standardization, matching, and consolidation rules.
• Configure standardization, matching, and consolidation rules in the Master Data Management (MDM) tool.
• Operate and administer the Master Data Management system (MDM).
• Be responsible for extracting and utilizing data from the Master Data Management system (if applicable).
• Design dashboards to monitor Master Data Quality.
• Prepare periodic system monitoring and data quality reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Management.

Job Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

2. Knowledge / Professional Expertise

• Understanding of banking operations is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge and skills in database design and querying, including SQL Server and Oracle (SQL/PLSQL).
• Knowledge of data standards for banking data domains, such as:
  • Customer data domain
  • Deposit product data domain
  • Loan product data domain
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and SQL Server.

3. Relevant Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Data Analysis
  • Data Governance / Data Management
  • IT Audit
  • Metadata Management
• Experience with Big Data platforms and ETL tools (e.g. DataStage, Pentaho) is an advantage.
• Experience in data modeling using XSD, WebServices/WSDL is an advantage.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage.
