Digital Testing Specialist is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing testing activities for digital banking applications. The role ensures that digital products meet business requirements, regulatory standards, security requirements, and deliver a seamless customer experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Validate banking products, digital channels, and customer journeys before production deployment.

Defect Management

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Monitor defect lifecycle and report testing progress.

Digital Banking Testing

• Test mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, eKYC, payments, transfers, cards, deposits, and other digital banking services.
• Validate API integrations with core banking systems and third-party services.
• Verify digital transaction accuracy, security, and compliance requirements.

Automation Testing

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute automated regression testing to improve testing efficiency.
• Support CI/CD testing processes and DevOps practices.

Performance & Security Testing Support

• Participate in performance, load, and stress testing activities.
• Support security testing and vulnerability validation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare testing reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes and quality standards.
• Contribute to test automation and quality assurance best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing Digital Banking, Fintech, Mobile Applications, or Financial Services systems is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Testing knowledge: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing
• Testing knowledge: Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Loan Products...
• Certifications is preferred: ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester,  Selenium or Automation Testing Certifications, Banking or Fintech-related certifications....
