HO - Internal Communication Specialist
The Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering clear, consistent, and compliant internal communications across the bank. The role ensures employees are well informed, engaged, and aligned with the bank’s strategy, values, regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with business objectives, and regulatory requirements
- Support communication for organizational change, new product launches...
- Translate complex banking, financial, and regulatory information into clear and employee‑friendly messages

Ensure all internal communications meet regulatory, governance, and approval standards

Manage and optimize internal communication channels

Propose improvements to enhance reach, clarity, and engagement across the organization

Track and analyze communication effectiveness

Prepare communication reports and dashboards for management review

Draft, edit, and proofread internal communication materials, including:
- Internal announcements and newsletters
- Policy and compliance communications
- Speaking notes, scripts, Q&A documents
- Adapt messages for different employee segments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields

At least 3years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles

Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred

Exposure to large organizations with branch networks or frontline employees is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese required; English preferred)

Strong ability to simplify complex financial and regulatory information

Solid stakeholder management and coordination skills

Experience with internal communication platforms (Intranet, SharePoint, MS Teams)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Basic visual/content design skills are an advantage
