Fullstack Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. This role collaborates closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Integrate third-party systems and services such as payment gateways, CRM platforms, and authentication services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Implement reusable UI components and frontend architecture.
• Optimize application performance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain code quality through best practices and frontend standards.

Backend Development

• Design and implement robust backend services and business logic.
• Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and data-processing workflows.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
• Maintain API documentation and integration standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software development (Frontend: JavaScript, React.js... Backend: Java, .NET Core, Nodejs...)
• Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Software Development Best Practices.
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture is preferred.
