TMO - Product Owner (Non-Lending Products)
Job Description
- Own end to end delivery of digital non‑lending products: CASA, Term Deposit, Savings, Investment, PFM
- Translate business and customer needs into clear digital product solutions
- Design and improve digital journeys for savings, investments, and personal finance management
- Manage product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize based on bank strategy
- Work with Agile teams to deliver MVPs, iterate, and scale across channels
- Coordinate with Business, Digital Banking, Technology, Data, Risk, and Partners
- Track and optimize key KPIs: CASA growth, deposit balance, AUM, engagement, retention, NPS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in retail banking
- Proven experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in Agile delivery models
- Strong understanding of savings, deposits, investment products, and PFM concepts
- Hands on experience with backlog management and user story writing
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
