Key Responsibilities
1. Design a modular & digital‑first MSME credit architecture
- Develop a modular MSME credit assessment framework leveraging CIC data and transaction history.
- Strengthen MSME data capabilities and risk analytics by sector, business size, and transaction behavior.
2. Lead the digital transformation of the lending journey from RM-led to digital channels
- Digitize the MSME lending journey – shifting RM roles from operations to advisory.
- Reduce TAT and enable direct loan product delivery via digital platforms.
3. Build MSME portfolio analytics & monitoring tools
- Establish risk‑alert logic and monitor portfolio performance & credit health using modular analytics tools.
4. Deploy new loan products optimized for digital channels
- Collaborate to design and launch lending products suitable for digital channels (e.g., automated disbursement, e‑KYC/ e‑document loan applications).
5. Project management & cross-functional coordination
- Develop the master plan and manage all workstreams related to project scope.
- Work closely with relevant teams on solution design and implementation.
- Act as the focal point for progress reporting, issue escalation, and change proposals to the Transformation Director.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Professional Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 10 years in small business lending, MSME products, or LOS operations.
- Experience in digitizing credit journeys or implementing internal credit scoring.
- Strong understanding of small business finance, credit assessment, and MSME lifecycle lending products.
2. Core Skills
- End-to-end credit journey design with a digital-first approach.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Tech, UX, RM, and Operations.
- Data analytics to identify priority MSME segments.
- Implementing STP flows, API logic, and automated loan onboarding tools.
