Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Analyze competitor products and emerging innovations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives related to insurance products and customer journeys.

Product Development & Management

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch and enhancement.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a product backlog and define product priorities.
• Develop business cases for new products, features, and process improvements.
• Ensure products meet profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction targets.

Agile Product Ownership

• Serve as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value and strategic goals.
• Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Accept completed work and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with other departments
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Present product updates and recommendations to senior management.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure products comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Work with legal and compliance teams during product design and implementation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on existing products.

Customer Experience & Analytics

• Leverage customer insights, market research, and data analytics to improve products.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track product KPIs, customer adoption, retention, and profitability metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer journeys across digital channels.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support

• Coordinate product launches with marketing, operations, and distribution teams.
• Develop product documentation and training materials.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in: Technology, Finance, Business Administration...

• At least 5 years of experience in: product management, Product ownership, Business Analysis...
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Banking, Finance, Insurance products and processes.
