Summary

Responsible for conducting deep‑dive business analysis across core banking domains, acting as the subject‑matter expert (SME) to ensure all business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with operational and strategic objectives. This role bridges business expertise with system capability, ensuring solutions are logically sound, operationally efficient, and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities

1. In‑depth Business Analysis in Assigned Domain

• Serve as the business analysis SME for one or several core domains (e.g., credit, treasury, operations, risk).
• Analyze business requirements, develop detailed BRDs, and design end‑to‑end process models aligned with improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proposed business solutions are practical, compliant with current procedures, and supportive of system operations.

2. Review, Challenge, and Control Quality of Analysis Outputs

• Review and challenge BA deliverables from team members or related units to ensure logic, completeness, and real‑world relevance.
• Recommend adjustments to business solutions that are inefficient or technically infeasible, ensuring the right balance between operational effectiveness and implementation capability.
• Support assessment of business risks and impact analysis for solution changes.

3. Solution Implementation Coordination & Testing Support

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout solution design, implementation, and testing phases.
• Act as the business validator prior to UAT or production deployment, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Participate in post‑implementation reviews and propose enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance & Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

2. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise

• Deep understanding of one or more banking domains (e.g., corporate lending, trade finance, treasury, operations) for SME to large‑corporate segments.
• Strong command of advanced business analysis methodologies: process decomposition, root cause analysis, requirement traceability.
• Ability to perform business impact assessments, risk evaluation, and thorough gap analysis.
• Good understanding of banking systems logic, data models, system integration, and UAT processes.

3. Skills

• Strong, detailed business analysis capability with ability to handle complex logic.

4. Experience
